RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aggarwal Traders, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer a refund or exchange within the first 2 days from the date of delivery of your order. If 2 days have passed since you received the product, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Condition: The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Defects: We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. EXEMPT GOODS You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the time of purchase.
3. RETURN PROCESS
Request: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone within the 2-day window.
Inspection: Once your returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned item.
Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange based on the quality check.
Processing: If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies. For refunds, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
4. SHIPPING COSTS Unless the product is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
